Tell us about a local business that helps Texas property owners. Every listing is reviewed by hand before it appears on a county page. Submitting this form does not publish your business, create an account, or charge a fee.

What a listing costs

Nothing. A directory listing on Property Taxes Texas is free, and it stays free. There is no account to create, no card to enter, no trial that converts, and no renewal notice later. We built the directory because a homeowner reading a county tax page usually needs a person next — someone who can actually protest an appraisal, close a sale, or read a survey — and a page that ends without one is only half an answer.

What you get

An approved listing appears on the county page for the county you serve, alongside that county’s tax rates, deadlines and appraisal district information. Each listing shows your business name linked to your website, your city, your category, a short description in your own words, and your phone number and address if you provide them. Listings are grouped by category and the order rotates, so no one business sits permanently at the top of the free grid.

The six categories are Property Tax Consultants, Realtors, Appraisers, Title Companies, CPAs & Tax Preparers, and Home Services. Counties currently covered are Hunt, Fannin, Collin, Rockwall, Kaufman, Hopkins, Grayson and Delta. If you serve a Texas county that is not on the list yet, submit anyway and tell us which one — county coverage expands based on what comes in.

How approval works

Submissions are not published automatically. Each one is read by a person, checked against the business’s own website, and either approved or declined by hand. You will get an email at the address you submit when your listing goes live. We decline listings we cannot verify, businesses outside the counties we cover, and anything that is not genuinely a service for Texas property owners. A listing is not an endorsement, and we do not vet pricing, licensing or the quality of anyone’s work — do your own due diligence before hiring.

What “Featured” means

Featured is an optional paid upgrade, separate from the free listing and never required. A featured business appears in a highlighted block above the regular grid on one county page for a set term. The term ends automatically on its own date — nothing renews without you — and when it does, the business simply returns to the free grid with the listing intact. You do not need to decide anything about Featured to submit the form below.
